Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of a Resolution of the ____Mental Health and Recovery Board of

the people of said subdivision at a ___General______ Election to be held in the __Counties_____________

of __Erie and Ottawa,____________ Ohio, at the regular places of voting therein, on the ___7th_____ day

of _____November, 2006,_______________ the question of levying a tax, in excess of the ten mill limitation,

for the benefit of __ Mental Health and Recovery Board of Erie and Ottawa Counties__ for the purpose of

CURRENT EXPENSES.
Said tax being:2

a replacement of two existing taxes of 0.7 mill
at a rate not exceeding __0.7_____ mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to __$0.07_ for each
one hundred dollars of valuation, for 10 years, commencing in 2007, first due in calendar year 2008.

The polls for said Election will be open at 6:30 o’clock a.m. and remain open until 7:30 o’clock p.m. of said
