Senior Resources for expert information on the variety of resources and services available to help older adults stay independent as long as they are able. Social work and registered nurse Care Coordinators can help support older adults, and concerned family members, by arranging and coordinating needed care in the older adult’s home.
Any person living in Ottawa County is eligible to receive, free of charge, a complete assessment, information and referrals from Options.
