Sealed bids will be received by the Board of Ottawa County Commissioners at their offices in the Court House, 315 Madison Street, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 until 10:30 A.M., local time, March 14, 2023 at which time bids will be opened for the ASPHALT CONCRETE RESURFACING OF VARIOUS TOWNSHIP ROADS – EAST END. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than September 1, 2023. This project falls under the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage requirements.
