SEALED BIDS for the furnishing of the necessary materials and construction of the: FLOOD HAZARD MITIGATION/HOME ELEVATION PROJECT will be received by the Board of Ottawa County Commissioners at their Office located at 315 Madison Street, Room 103, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 until 9:30 AM on THURSDAY, APRIL 20, 2023 and publicly opened and read aloud, in the Assembly Room of the Ottawa County Courthouse. 

The Project will consist of elevating the residential structure located at 1930 Fox Road, Middle Bass, Ohio according to the drawings and specifications provided in the bid packet. 

The bid specifications, drawings, plan holders list, addenda, and other bid information may be obtained from the Ottawa Regional Planning Commission Office located at 315 Madison Street – Rm 107, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452 or via the internet at https://www.co.ottawa.oh.us/ under the legal notices & bids tab. 

The bidder shall be responsible to check for Addenda and obtain same from the web site. All bids must be signed and submitted on the blanks which are bound in this booklet.

Bids must state the prices in the blanks provided and be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked –FLOOD HAZARD MITIGATION/HOME ELEVATION PROJECT 1930 FOX ROAD – and addressed to the Ottawa County Commissioners, 315 Madison Street, Room 103, Port Clinton, Ohio 43452-1993.
