IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS! The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners is announcing that all Ottawa County facilities will continue to be open to the public by APPOINTMENT ONLY until further notice. The courts and administrative offices within Ottawa County will remain open and staff will be working to serve the public by phone, email, on-line or by scheduled appointment if necessary. Click on the County Office Directory Tab for office contact information. Ottawa County continues to make critical decisions with the best possible advice during this rapidly changing event to keep the safety of our residents, staff and community our top priority. Ottawa Regional Planning Commission is seeking an individual to serve a three year term on the Regional Planning Commission. The commission meets the third Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Monthly meetings are required and voting on issues such as subdivision of land and re-zoning of parcels throughout Ottawa County. Ottawa County Offices are open for business with limited staff, but closed to the public at this time. Visitors will only be permitted access with a scheduled appointment. There are drop boxes on the outside of the courthouse where you can deposit your water/sewer and/or tax payments. Ottawa County sells it's surplus county property through internet auctions.
